At North Devon Sensory Explorers our Sensory room is available for EVERYONE, as we would like all ages and abilities to have the chance to benefit from this amazing space.

The room is available for private hire and is a cosy and relaxing space which contains a variety of sensory stimulating and interactive resources. These include fibre optic and reactive lighting, musical instruments, cause and effect equipment and tactile objects.

Sensory rooms have some great benefits, particularly for those who have learning difficulties, developmental disabilities or sensory impairments. They help users learn to interact with the world around them in a safe environment that builds up their confidence and ability.
